Introducing The Human Political Party...
21 years ago, our country was divided over the election controversy of 2000, when the U.S. Supreme Court overruled the Florida Supreme Court and squashed a recount of the Florida vote between Al Gore and George W. Bush for the presidency. A mere 537 votes separated them and the flawed Florida ballot warranted a hands-on recount. However, the corrupt, conservative majority U.S. Supreme Court overruled the Florida Supreme court and gave the election to Bush without a recount and we all know what happened over the next 8 years under the Bush regime. It was these circumstances that elevated my activism and the idea of a third political party seemed a logical possibility, a political party for us, the common American Human Beings. Yet, like most things, life gets in the way and limited time and lack of resources slowed the progress. That was then,...
Right now, this minute, January 1st, 2019, the Human Political Party is simply a conceptual third political party idea. Perhaps, a wistful glimpse of what could be if the citizens of these United States of America were actually the ones in control, guiding our lifestyle and the promise of the American Dream.
So what would a Human Political Party look like?.
What we would strive and intend to be is - "A new unifying Political platform made up of sane, informed, compassionate Human Beings dedicated to the restoration of Peace and Prosperity for the everyday, hard-working American citizen. A platform dedicated to Making American life and Americans Wonderful Again!"
In America, the Democratic and Republican parties do nothing but divide us. They are old, obsolete relics of the past no longer capable of serving the needs of the American people, not to mention owned by the wealth and greed of just a few.
It is time to leave these dysfunctional parties behind and move on to a more functional political platform, one that will unite us to elect true representatives of we Americans and not the typical politicians who serve themselves and their wealthy owners.
Around the world, similar societies are enduring the same type of corrupt two-party systems whose sole objective is to hold the power in order to facilitate their insatiable greed, This pursuit of wealth consumes them instead of addressing the problems that regress the quality of life for their citizens.
Join us! Today we are few, tomorrow we will be many and eventually we will be many millions. Then, and only then, will we be able to force legislative changes that will improve the overall shared social condition for all of us and perhaps eventually, the rest of Humanity as well.
Join the fight! Together, Let’s Make America Wonderful Again!
The Human Political Party
Please watch the two videos below. They represent where we are as a society right now and what actions we need to take to have the life we all deserve to have. Special thanks to the late, great George Carlin and Charles Chaplin - two insightful and inspiring Artists and Humanitarians who knew we weren't living the way we are supposed to and tried to do something about it, tried to inform us. Note, the George Carlin "The American Dream" excerpt is from 2005 and the Charles Chaplin excerpt "The Great Dictator" is from 1940. Yes, even in 1940 Americans were suffering and confused, before the U.S. joined the fight against Nazi Germany. Both of these are quite poignant relative to current 2021 America.
Remember what our first president warned us about? Well, perhaps we should listen to ole Georgie Boy and embrace unity. We the people should act in unison without the unending misery of political parties and their self-serving, greedy antics. If we acted as one, worked together, we could truly change this country and our collective social condition for the better, and we’d better, or we won’t have a country or even a survivable planet to live on at all.
To his dismay, not too long after the father of this nation retired to Mount Vernon, a two-party system was created by none other than his former advisors: Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison. That’s right, political parties are an American invention. It started with the ‘Democratic-Republican Party’ (imagine that) led by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison and the ‘Federalist Party’ led by Alexander Hamilton. The Federalist Party believed in the ratification of the United States Constitution, which took effect roughly a decade earlier, and the Democratic-Republicans opposed a powerful central government favoring a state’s rights to decide. Imagine that, the Democratic-Republican Party. Ironic to say the least. Sadly, as Washington feared, once wealthy men became connected to the two-party system, it slowly evolved into a mechanism by which the rich and powerful could effectively divide and manipulate the people. And here we are today, a couple of hundred years later, stuck in the same predicament.
This is why we go in circles electing those who are brought to the front by the wealthiest of the power spectrum for us to vote for. We really don’t have a choice, we have to choose from whoever they promote to the top, those who are selected are already corrupted to do as they’re told. Witness the recent 2020 Republican Senate. All of them are corrupt. All of them except for one agreed to let Trump stay in power, even though he was clearly guilty of espionage and corruption. They are loyal to the party and their bosses, not to the American people. Loyal to their owners, the Point Zero One Percenters who don’t give a shit about us and wanted our national embarrassment to stay in power as he had already enriched them with massive tax cuts and industry deregulation while selling us Americans out. Perhaps we should listen to the father of this now disintegrating nation and rid ourselves of our two-party system. Although overall, it is the two-party system that is the root problem of our shared American social condition, the Republican Party is by far doing the most damage to the American middle class, and it is undeniable.
If Americans would just look at what they do, instead of listening to what they say, we might better understand. If you review the legislation they work hard to pass, you will see a pattern. Most of what they pass is solely beneficial to big business and mega-corporations regardless of how that legislation impacts the American public. A lot of their legislation is directed towards saving or removing tax dollars from an entity that can’t be stolen from to an entity that can be stolen from, like the military budget for instance. Sometimes they bury little bits of legislation they don’t want us to know about in other larger bills in the form of “Earmarks” that may have nothing to do with the subject of the original broader bill. Earmarks have long been considered to be funding allocated for pet projects the sponsoring legislators want to hide. Therefore, we have to watch what they do instead of listening to what they say. If we can identify the propaganda they shove down our throats, we might better understand what they’re trying to hide. And at the heart of the giant lie that makes up the Republican Party is their connection to and active participation in the industry designed to keep Americans in the dark about what really, truly is going on behind our backs, their participation in the ‘conglomerate of deceit’.
